Shipping & Delivery policy 
*Shipping timeframe 

Right after check out the system will send you an automated shipment confirmation email, when we have finished processing your order and our shipping partner has picked it up for delivery, you will receive a tracking number. The shipment method timeframe you have selected will commence. 
Please note that our transportation partners do not process orders on the weekend. Therefore, if you place an order after the cutoff time on Friday, you may experience a delay between your shipping confirmation e-mail and the actual shipment of your order.

Preorders:We do not allow for the changing of preorders. Preorders waiting time will range from 7 to 12 days depending on the wig preordered. 

Hair By Bby Blue believes in having a high level of quality control to ensure you receive your wig in the most luxurious state, new and perfectly packaged for you. To achieve this we are unable to accept refunds, returns or exchanges.
*PLEASE UNDERSTAND WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS OR REVERSALS . WE DO HOWEVER OFFER CREDIT WHICH WILL BE APPLIED ONTO YOUR  NEXT ORDER, THIS TOO, IS ONLY IF YOU WISH TO EXCHANGE AN ITEM BEFORE DISPATCH TAKES PLACE. 
Preorders:

*Risk of Loss

 

All items purchased from hairbybbyblue is made pursuant to a shipment contract with our carriers. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery of your order to the carrier. Lost packages must be reported within 5 days from delivery date.
